'What a Feeling' is a concert with a line-up of songs from movies and musicals. As such 'NeverEnding Story' is both fitting as the theme to a very successful film and as the introduction number for Limahl, taking those of us old enough to remember, back to Limahls heydays in the 80's and showing those not old enough, exactly why Limahl was number 1 all around the world.

The top highlight of the show for me was Limahl singing 'Pinball Wizard' from Tommy. He caused quite a stir in the audience when he walked onto the stage wearing his own yellow and blue body amour outfit. You also get to see him do a very graceful slide down a pole during that number. Another highlight is Limahl doing an absolutely beautiful rendition of Elton John's hit song from the Lion King 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight'.

The Theatre Royal is an old fashioned, ornately decorated theatre and served as a suitably grand venue for the very successfull opening of night of this show.

One final note, those of you that have been to Limahls full band gigs, may recognise Mike Casswell up on the platform.
